Sitting in the boardroom

Here I am sitting in the boardroom waiting for the start of a meeting. We have learned that setting recurring meetings in SL is tough. Lots of avies are in different time zones which makes it difficult for everyone to attend. Well I am here waiting, maybe we should have a more asynchronous type of meeting mechanism?
