Inventory Woes

I have lost a ton of inventory, including the Canal build that took me two years to build, a house I just completed, and hundreds of hairstyles, shoes/boots, and furnishings. I can't remember where I got a lot of the stuff, so I can't ask for replacements. LL replied to my ticket, but their help did not change the situation. Sigh.
