Found a cool casino in game.

This here is a great casino. It has lots of free slots and "camping" stools that pay $L2/5 minutes, but they're not really camping chairs, because they actually kick you off if you idle for more than 5 minutes. It's very strange. I can't really figure I'd really like to find out more about the motivations of the people running these kinds of things. And apparently I can't actually use the BlogHUD from the location I'm talking about, so I'll just have to tell you that it's located in the Skaville estate and you can find it on your own.
