Cowell, south of Stinson, brings back the Kahruvel feeling, though on a different level, this time displaying a nice coastal town just waiting to be explored. sadly, the buildings seem to be empty and not serving any particular purpose, so either this is a work under construction (as the lighthouse and some of the other more prominent spots feature quite interesting interieur) or waiting for residents to make these buildings their homes. Whatever it is, it's well worth a visit.
