Poet Cecilia Delacroix performed her first public reading at The Shrubbery Amphitheatre in Chilbo on Saturday, May 3rd. Cecilia's works centered around a theme of nature's season. Her first readings were a celebration of the rebirth, lush growth, and the playfulness all life feels in the new season. She then turned to the warmth of summer, evoking the "salt breeze" of the ocean and and lazy carefree days. With "The Edge of Maybe" and the end of summer, Cecilia explores her search for peace with herself and the world.
