Am at KelleyTech.... and I see Operator Sophia with B-9140 and L-7799. They are both WAY too close... what is going on? I have circled a couple of times, trying to understand what is transpiring, but I dare not get closer for fear of a contact violation. To top it off, L-7799 is wearing shackles - that's not supposed to happen. I'm so confused by these events... I keep struggling against my Custodian, hoping I can damage it or rip it off. I know I've got less than 8 hours at this point, but I want this over.
