Seyana Lekach made good on her word. I had some problems figuring out how to get the elemental rezzed until she pointed out to me that the rez button was at the bottom of the hud. My "Release Keys" button from the SL viewer was covering it and I had assumed it was the creators name. The interesting part about this system is that you need to stand on a "SmartPad" in order to rez the vehicle. You get a free smart pad that you can rez anywhere you like. Which pretty much goes to promote the creator of the object with free advertising. really cool idea.
